Asako Hoichi earned a Master of Science in guidance and counseling with a mental health concentration from University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has over 10 years of counseling experience with children & adolescents, adults, families and couples, providing individual, family, couples and group therapy. She works with all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities and orientations.
Asako also has experience working in community mental health where she treated chronically mentally ill clients and led psycho-educational groups that enhanced their life skills and ability to overcome personal challenges, live independently, and be integrated members of their community.
