Asako accepts insurance from all companies. The coverage will depend on if she is a participating provider for your insurance company. Currently, she is specifically affiliated with:
Ask your insurance company the following:
- Is counseling covered by your insurance?
- What is the coverage ratio if your provider is within or out of network?
- Find out if a counselor is within or without your network provider.
- What is the deductible?
- What percentage is covered?
- How much is the fee after the deductible is met?
- How much is the co-pay?
- How many sessions are allowed per calendar year?
- What type of counseling is covered? (such as individual, couples, family or group)
Payment: Cash and checks are accepted.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hours notice, or you will be required to pay the regular hourly rate.
